An available lead will be priced at standard lead pricing for that lead type. The pricing of a lead is available on the lead page.
To purchase a lead, click into the lead detail page by selecting any part of the lead.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Accept Lead".
Once confirmed, your lead will be delivered via standard lead delivery method on your account and immediately available in your account.
