There are three ways we can deliver your leads to you:
1. Leads delivered to your CRM
To set up an integration with your CRM we will need the following information:
A list of the field names and labels you use to capture lead information in your CRM
A posting URL
Leads are delivered using HTTP Post method.
To set up CRM delivery please email your customer success manager or customerteam@prospectpath.com. We aim to turn around integrations within 24 hours.
2. Leads delivered in an email
Your leads are delivered to in the body text of an email to the email address you used when creating your login.
The email is sent from customerteam@prospectpath.com. Please add the email address to your safe sender list so there are no problems with email delivery.
If you want to change the recipient email address or add names to the distribution please email your customer success manager or customerteam@prospectpath.com.
3. Leads delivered in a csv file
Your leads are delivered to you as an emailed CSV file attachment to the email address you used when you created your Prospect Path login.
The email is sent from customerteam@prospectpath.com with the subject line New Lead. Please add the email address to your safe sender list so there are no problems with email delivery.
